David Werley earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, his master's degree in Public Policy and Leadership from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and his law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul Minnesota. David graduated Magna cum Laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and was the student commencement speaker at graduation. His speech encouraged all attorneys to have compassionate understanding when they practice law because we as attorneys are trained to be fact-finders, and many times, those facts require complex emotional understanding beyond the factual description. We as attorneys are advocates, to be sure, but to some, we are also seen as friends, family, and trusted confidants. Attorneys must always practice with compassion. Divorce is like a huge cloud. The cloud's raindrops are all the issues inside of a divorce. Each raindrop has a mound of laws that guide courts in entering orders inside a divorce. Within each issue listed above, there are many nuances under Wisconsin law that could affect the outcome of each issue. With this in mind, usually, issues that seem clear-cut are not. For example, courts use income to put an amount on child support, but should bonuses be included as income? What about side jobs? How about overtime? If someone owns a business, is their income what their taxes say? Or have they included some living expenses as tax deductions that should be added to their income (vehicle, cell phone, etc.)?

David Werley has exceptionally positive reviews, showing he is an excellent attorney. A divorced person experienced competence, confidence, and helpfulness. Another client wrote about a poignant experience with child custody. Responding to emails and making my job relatively simple was also mentioned. Another review stated that I was feeling supported and grateful. A client noted that I am professional, and a good listener, gave me five stars. People said their lives were unexpectedly better to an extent due to my assistance. There was also significant comment agree that I was not the problem that they expected from a lawyer, I was outgoing and positive that was particularly mentioned as something pleasantly surprising. Yet another person said that they were happy and that I was an excellent assistant in the most difficult stages of their life. I recommend that you employ Werley Law because everyone feels and thinks this, especially considering a stressful moment.
